In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

Job / Career Terms & Policy Effective From: March 2022
1. Work From Home Security Deposit
All candidates opting for Work From Home are required to pay a ₹4,500 security deposit for the protection of company assets.
Security deposit will not be refunded if: The candidate fails to meet targets.
The candidate discontinues or drops out from the company without fulfilling obligations.
If within 15 days of joining, the candidate fails to perform work or generate successful leads, no salary or payment will be issued.
2. Target-Based Roles Marketing Officer / Marketing Manager / Sales Executive All these roles are strictly target-based.
Monthly targets must be achieved to be eligible for salary.
If the candidate fails to achieve the assigned monthly target, the company is not responsible for salary payment.
3. CSE / OBD / CRO / Telecaller Positions A minimum of 300 valid leads must be generated monthly.
Failure to achieve this lead target will result in no salary payment.
4. Fraud and Misconduct Policy If any candidate is found involved in: Bogus registrations,
Fake client data submissions,
Forgery or fake documentation, They will be terminated immediately without payment of salary or dues.
Misuse of client information is a serious offense. Legal action will be taken, and immediate termination will follow.
5. Salary Terms If a candidate joins before the 15th of the month, salary will be credited on the next scheduled salary date.
If joining occurs after the 15th of the month, the first salary will be credited on the following month’s salary cycle (after a one-month skip), excluding company holidays.
Note: All employees are advised to carefully read and understand these policies before joining.
Company policies are strictly enforced without exceptions.

01. We Can’t Release Your Invested Amount Before Locking Period.
02. less then 50k we use only E-stamp duty.
03. If Company Release Your Invested Amount and Investor do not submit Agreement and Company Security Cheque with in 24hour. Company take Legal action against Investor.
04. If Investor Request to release Invested amount before Locking Period Company has approved his request this condition Company do not pay any Interest to Investor. Also we deducted Stamp Duty and Agreement charges Paid by company form Investor Invested amount before transfer Invested Amount.

As part of our application and verification process, we require a pay verification fee. This step helps us authenticate candidate details and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Please note the following:
The verification fee is 100% refundable and will be reimbursed with your first salary.
This policy is applicable only to Work From Home (WFH) candidates.
The verification process must be completed before we can proceed with the final steps of your onboarding.
